k heres teh problem...

i tried to log on today and guess what... account closed.
and im thinking wtf, it gets auto billed everyweek from my mam cc

will this stop it getting auto billed (i aint got a clue bout credit cards ^^)
if it does is there anyway to change the details...
heres the next problem.. ive lost my subscription password and my password for the email address that acc is registered to...

any help plz? >8[

If the account is closed the money should be safe. I have read about people who simply go to their bank and block/stop transactions to GOA from their account/ccard when GOA keeps autorenewing their accounts.

Has your mum had a new credit card sent to her? Has the old one expired or been replaced by a chip and pin card?
If the payment is refused then the account wil be closed until you put in a valid payment option. You can do that by going to the subs page and choosing a subscription period. When you press 'validate' you go to a secure page where you can put in the card type and details.

If you don't have your subs password then you can normally get a new one sent to you automatically by using the 'lost password' link on the first page of the subs site. If you don't have access to the registered email address however it gets a little trickier. You need to send an email to subscription(at)goa(dot)com and ask them to change the email address to one you can use. This should be an address that isn't already in our database. To prove you actually own the account though you need to send them the personal details that you registered with (name, address, original email address) and the cd-keys you used to open the account with. If you have several accounts and don't know which cd-keys go with which account, just send them all in and the billing team can match them for you.
