firstly it wasnt me.. it was a guildee... she went on ml raid.. brought Fop BB and Ice Wiz... was made clear from the start she was actively playing both on 2 pc's... this was accepted.. nobody objected.. why then boot someone mid ML step so they fail to get credit? once you got what you needed using the ice wiz.. which i might add you needed... to do the previous step(s), then offer no explanation ensuring a confused (new player using her B/f's chars) in tears who had spent the evening helping YOU get the steps done, and was only trying to help her B/F.

thats what im trying to assertain.. if a mate was joining fair enuff... but it wasnt mentioned at start and is rude to boot mid ml... and if no-one was invited even more so.

from what i gather, they used her Ice wiz to help farm faction for 2grps then basically left her high and dry with the buffbot.. even tho shed spent the time helping others... basically the ice wiz was used and abused and the cleric was not given the chance to farm for faction and the raid left him/her.. not her fault really since she wasnt as experienced as the original owner.. and prolly didnt realise.

Elewythe m8, Zeus contacted me once i had already gotten replacements for all the people that didn show up in time, i didnt whant to kick any of the replacements so i tried to form a third grp for those that came late(25 mins late). After half the raid Zeus said hed go to the pub and left his GF to play his chars, this was ok but ater 5 hours of farming for faction we asked if all in BG had the faction steps. No one said they didnt so we moved on to the last grp steps and finished them.

After my grp had suicided back to Volcanus, the other grp said that zeus bb didnt have the last faction(shaitain), but by that time i had no chance to go back and help them and it was getting late so i called it a night and handed all items/scrolls to 2 people in the bg so they could lotto em once the second grp was done.

Im sorry if zeus didnt get the steps but if you dont show up in time and/or dont pm me before i get replacements i wont stick you in to the original grps, i tried to help everyone get the steps but i cant look at everyones screens to see if they have a step or not its entirely up to themselves!

no i was given the facts, just apparently not all of them... and didnt realise Soliri was hedge, otherwise i would have expected a good reason.
no real damage done, i look like an ass as usual so nothing new there then.

Allow me to fill in a few more of the missing details for you. I was helping in the group that zeusbuffs was in, the cleric. We spilt up after the farming session to go and to the groups steps. We did the 1st 3 groups trials as our groups getting credit on all 3 for zeusbuffs (being played by his G/F as it seems). When we activated the last group trial there was a problem and half the group (4 ppl) including myself got ported back. This was not because they hadnt done presteps before you say, i am ml10 myslef for example so should have worked for me. We found out that this may have been caused due to zuesbuffs not having 7.2 finished, ofc this wasnt known until we got to this step cause it was never said before when soliri asked if everyone was rdy to move on. So zuesbuffs and the others were trapped dead in the room. She asked if it was possibe for us to get in and would we be doing 7.2 again? We said prob not cause it was after 12 and we were scattered half in the room half out. She released and we started the encouter again 10mins later with all the people we had left.

No one was intentionally booted in mid-ml step or any crap like that was just an unlucky incident

Ok having giving the story of what happened I like to say:

to zeus' G/F: I am sorry if this upset you/made you cry etc but was not much we could really do at that point after all the other grp had finished and gone back to the haven and .2 had been completed a while beforehand. It not your fault you didnt know excatly how the ml worked and didnt think to say you didnt have 7.2 complete at the time.

to zeus: shame on you, leave your G/F playing your char to get you credit while you bugger of to the pub then blame her/her group for not getting you credit. Had you been there you/she would have had a better understanding of the ml and when soliri asked "has everyone finished the farmning step" could of bought up the matter there and then and finished the ml for you.

to Elewyth: Yes you didnt even have half of the story before you came on here and started spouting accusations towards the raid leader who was very carful to try and get everyone credit for each step in turn. So becarful to think before you type.

to Gorbash: neither see above story for what happened

to Soliri: the fact that zues was late is a irrelevent fact, it was due to this incident with us not knowing about the 7.2 prob until the very end that was the issue. You did very well to get everyone sorted i felt, depite ppl not showing etc.

i pm soliri at 30 mins before riad and got soliri is not in the game

i pm soliri at 10 mins before riad and got message though that i was helping with artie and would be inc, asap never got told i would be replaced

i did artie ported to volcanus at 18:19 (so yes i was later but had pmed before say that was running late and was it ok)

when i got there we set of after after 10 mins i did say right at the begining that i had some where to go at 9pm and would ask GF when she got in that was before we even got the LD on the bridge

we got in to temple around 1 hour later i said and gloved hand if needed someelse said they had it covered we went over the bridge went to room set up fop got protect ice wizzy did his job with the grp i was in then i moved grps to help second grp help them moved to 3rd grp helped them by this time it was approaching 9 i siad look peeps i got to go so we randomed 2 scrolls (i did win 1 for them thank you for that all)

afterwards i said do you lot want me to ask my GF to play my 2 toons to help you the reply was yes but we are moving so gemma sat in the hot seat as it were

then i left so the rest of it is third hand (bar the fact that gemma was crying when i got in ) but as far as i can tell the only reson that gemma did not understand what was need is because people asked if she had faction she did not know what this ment she dose how ever know how to do /master 7 to check for the step

then the grps moved to the rooms challenges where gemma had to beg for 5 mins at one point to get a spot it was long hiar that give her his spot

thats about as much as i know

was not biching about what happened in the grps but more the fact that people had upset my G/F (its hard to find one that will play DAOC you know)

amd just wanted to clear my chest that some had upset someone i care about as i am sure many others would have

hi its gemma here, just thought id put a few things straight. First of all nobody should be having a go at ele she was only sticking up for a friend as i was pretty upset about what had happened, so thank you ele. secondly i am not a new player as i have a lvl 41 sorc and a lvl 20 friar so i do know how to play the game, unlike some people were suggesting.

I have played zeusbuff and zeusmdk before and have completed ml's before playing them so i did know how to play them, the main complaint is that when i took over from zeus i was in grp3 and there was only 3 characters in that grp. we didnt get fraction, i did ask what fraction was as i didnt know, the only reply i got was 'its snakeheads'. so how i was meant to know that snakeheads was .2 il never know. i did keep asking but nobody else replied to me. none of my grp got it so we said that we didnt to which the reply was grp3 will join you and help (we were grp3) after we explained that we were grp3 nobody came to help so one of the characters in the grp disbanded and logged (which i dont blame them) so i was left in a grp with 2 characters which both of them i was playing. everybody moved on and it took me 5-10mins to get into another grp (for zeusbuffs as mdk already had ml7) nobody would give me a place in a grp, apart from longhair (who i wish to say thanks to) who gave up his own place for me.

if somebody had properly explained to me what fraction was when i asked i wouldnt have had a problem as i know how to do /master 7. the only reason i was upset is because nobody seemed to help me and i did state that i was zeus's gf and didnt really know what i was doing and would need some help, which usually when i do ml for zeus i do get from people.

I just wanted to put the story straight as ele and zeus were only sticking up for me as i did get rather upset about how unhelpful people were.
