dont get me wrong but i hate norppan as the next person, but seeing hes a skald and hes mezz reuse should be somewhere 15-30 sec a time, like i guess charge is also, so mezzing 1 time on a merc (that i should say is a kinda ok dessison not being able to see if a person is in charge before first try)aint really spamming at all:touch:
