Dont mids get the concept of xping with pbaoe?

Time after time ppl run aggro into our pbaoe..

Okay here goes.. when u see a group fighting an odd number of mobs and a spiritmaster in the middle casting, u DONT run mobs through that group!

Range on pbaoe is only 300, its not that hard to move around or deal with fact ur gonna die.

Better than causing an entire group wipe.

Well seen it alot in spindel...but if peopel are stoopid enough to do pbaoe on the bridge..well then they deserve too die

Not allways easy running around a group in there

Anyways, I'm sure it's not the concept of pbae that was the problem - most likely someone in panick and would have run straight through a group of mjollniring thanes without thinking

Heh, some muppets will run through anywhere when they are panicking.

I was soloing at H Stones making sure I had the drakulvs nice and far away from the spawn and some muppet dragged a purple con drak into me... CFH of course. Dead bonedancer. Not even an apology just "Well I didn't do it deliberately what do you want?"

I don't think its stupidity, I think its just selfishness. I've had howling arguments with people in the past over this type of behaviour. One of my hates is people who drag cthonic knights halfway around DF getting people killed in their attempts to get away.

You screw up or a bad string of luck happens, you die, you don't pull the mobs into other players.

Sadly, many players just don't care in the slightest about other players. Nobody's going to know if you take your lumps and die to stop a mob getting pulled through someone else's group.

It comes down to attitude and general outlook.

I've had this happen in the past, generally I've a rez/pox bot close by, but its still a nightmare. One tag team did it to us twice, I PM'd them both times, saying "please dont pull mobs through us if you're in trouble, scream if you need help, but dragging them through kills us" they claimed it was an accident both times. we saw them start to do it again, so stopped PBAOE'ing, and let them die. then held a conversation with them over why they could go to hell, and why they werent getting a rez. they PM'd me for about 20 mins after that.

sadly someone else rezzed them before they auto'd but they got the message and moved elsewhere.

this too happened to me, while i was soloing spindels in (yep you guessed it) spindel

one hunter who shall remain nameless started to leech of me, what got a tad frustrating.

then my good friend a supp SM came up, and we were killing 7 spindels at 1 time.

this hunter then ran through with the spindel layer (the mob that bafs at least 6 arachites, all red con at this time) through the pbaoe.....and we died, and the hunter demanded that we say sry for leeching off him.

there are some real prats out there

When I was in a lair group the other day there was a 2nd group pulling at the next rock along and every time they got a deadly pull of 8 or 12 draks the survivors ran straight at our pbae group.

Luckily I have eyes in the back of my head but one of our tanks took a swing at one thinking it was our aggro and then we got the lot - if we had got wiped too who would have ressed em?

If they had stood n died they could have been ressed n pulling again in a little over 5 mins?
