Wrote to RN today for clarification of LoS bug, had it confirmed that this is a bug, and instances of this abuse should be reported and they will be dealt with. They are also working with Mythic to "close" any bug issues .

Shout is handy (if you want to run up to casters) & the single target lul does interupt as it's a lvl 4 spell or something. The AoE lul isn't a true interupt as you correctly state & the insta mezzs can work as an interupt once every 10 mins.

Don't see the problem with a tic in group. Played against a fair few groups that have had them in & they seem effective enough (no I've never played one). Though as we run a tank group at the mo I prefer to see them rather than Theurgs that I have to chase across 14 zones to get onto.
