Is there any point?
There's all of 2 albs, and no mids in leirvik.
So you log on a pack of 6+, stick a sod load of pets down, and beat on the keep walls? Gonna log off when its taken? Don't you get bored of not actually fighting?

More stupid alb comments.....
Hold it, so he has stealth, could be outgunned by 2 people so he takes the smart option and waits for your life to get low and kills you. Yeah, must be him being stupid, I suggest:
1) Duel where it's relatively safe
2) Gain health back where it's relatively safe if you can
And Xoxarle, what do you suggest people do, use the least number of people and crappiest tactics to take a keep to ensure minimal chance of success?

And btw earlier tonight I didn't see the glorious albs - with 6 stealthers no less - using these gloriously honourable tactics you hark of. Just play the game and try and be most effective against the other realms (without cheating ofc). GAME ON!

The Problems we have as hibs in Excal is
1. The population, its so low that many tend to lvl right past bg's by using instant dungoens etc. Even really heavy populated BG's of old such as Thid rarely pass the 1 fg mark now of hibs compared to Pre-NF days. Molvik tends to be populated though, but still not normally past 6 players. Those that don't shoot past Bg's use the keep take a quick exp boost, and they go lvl again, come back get the exp boost again etc. So in doing this they want to make sure they take the keep.
2. Shrooms need placing in no's to be effective and take time to spam out, so they have to be pre-planned in set up. Other realms pet spamage are directional based on the target u aim for and seem to be much faster in casting (not sure if im 100% accurate on the casting there, just seems to be faster).
3. Played Hib healing classes are like rocking horse S**T in bg's and like busses, none for hours and then suddenly 2 bard at once etc. Due to this Hibs tend to fight without healers in a lot of grped sessions in BG's unless you get a guild set grp in there like ive seen in bg1. So without healers we try to make sure we win by what we can (not ideal I know but happens).
The thing is most the time seeing more then 4 hibs in a given bg is a blessing. With not enough players in hib, we tend to get a short time to do anything. In my exp as a hib when we do well in Molvik or Leirvik word spreads fast in both Mid and Alb. Before we know it we go from 4-6 hibs on average fighting between 4-8 mids/albs, to been steamrollered 30 mins later by 1 to 2 f/g+ of Mids or albs (normal case is mids come as a mass pet grp), At this point hibs end up logging because its just throwing away rps to the enemy in those kinda numbers, or we playing stealthers hoping for the odd solo kill.
Im not saying any of the above is ideal, just seems to be the norm. In a fair world we would get balanced fights, but you don't even get that in main RvR NF, taking a look at the NF map shows that currently on Excal. Fights like me (Boraness) and Aeerind had with the 2 nice alb stealthers last night are a rare but fun commodity.
I would really like to see instant tournament type maps that players can go be it 1v1 up to 1fgv1fg, say the size of 1 zone map on NF. This could open up the chance to have the (possible) honorable fights some of us really like be it class based, grp based or maybe even ladder contest to compete in. I personally feel this would help, but still im a dreamer.

I never mentioned that you shouldn't zerg if you want to, just don't get sanctimonious at others when to be honest all realms are guilty of it to some extent - hypocritical some would say. As I said before - just be most effective against other realms.

Good points, but its not really much different in alb (probably not in mid either).
And there are certainly *very* rarely more than 5 albs in leirvik, which was what annoyed me the night so many hibs came on.
13 of them taking CK, and then logging off almost immediately after? Kinda irritating.

guess those that do...and I saw albs do it yesterday we took keep,defended was retook by albs,we attacked again only a cleric and a necro left...do it for the exp,with a decent amount of people is an easy way of gettin a lot of exp at 44.Not sayin it right or wrong,just the best reason I can think of

When I finally got to Leirvik though I did get steamrollered by about 1 to 1.5 fgs of mids (alot of pet users and whorelocks). Since then its been mixed of small QTY on all side.
