Tbh so many albs turned out due to the anger at having relics grabbed at 6am. I saw several dedicated pvers turn out just for some payback and all credit to Phos and Jpeg for clear insructions and planning. As usual the only problem was getting the relic home - ended up having to run it a mile to find a spot for a scout boat... Nice try on Bold by the mids but a little too late as all the returning suiciders broke up the attack at the gate...

I fully expect more AC raids and will be there to get run over by em when I can, plinking away with my xbow and falling down the ladders....

no credit for me mate . my raid and phos raid were different . we both had different strategys / locs to rally etc etc .,, and we couldnt come to a mutual agreement how the raid to be done so i told phos he can run it his way seeing as so many albs was already in the bg... my raid was only gonna have 50-60 albs at start (and if we got in trouble then spam /as's ) so hence couldnt tell all the albs that phos had gathered to piss of so all the credit goes to phos for this raid. not me at all.

who gives a crap if u played alb or not. i dont think anybody does (including edaemos) . everybody knows alb is hard mode compared to other realms (in EQUAL numbers and balanced rvr grp) so its no biggie if u have played it or not.

1. if u came from dl or nged albs where waiting for u.(and hard 2 run straight with all the lag)
2. 256 was highest alb count and lets see total hib pop at that time couting every1 was erm 315 giv or take. and lvl50s couting BBs was 179 so if every single lvl50 BB or not came to that keep u would have still outnumbered us.

so tell me again how we could 1. defend and 2. do prime time raid?

Hibs had a zerh. Albs had a zerg. Albs had the biggest zerg I've seen since early days of NF because they were so pissed off with you.

Unfortunately it was on the old BW forums iirc in a thread where hibs/mids were calling albs skillless zergers (original i know, it was around patch 1.60-1.62 time when i played mid), i pointed out that its no co-incidence that this is a universal thing and maybe just maybe it wasnt the players but the realm/class imbalance and albs lack of utility per class which encouraged the zerging. Of course alot of hibs and fellow mids were upset that maybe just aybe the "pwning" they give the albs wasn't mad skillz but maybe class/realm imbalances.

I then pointed out how "strange" it is that most "l33+" groups when they goto another server choose either hib or mid depending on their mother server. I mentioned to you how strange it was that NP/LA/You guys don't play alb on another server. Its here you said that you did try albion on prydwen but left for i can't remember what reason.

I don't really care if you did actually play alb or not, but i don't expect peopel to post things here to deny that they said it in the future *shrugs*

i THINK THAT it is pretty UNEVEN with 250 vs 150 aswell SINCE its impossible to DO ANYTHING vs bigger NUMBERS when IT LAGS like hell.

Besides, a 40 vs 20 keeptake is alot more fun than a 250 vs 150, since you can actually control your character.

As somebody who gained a very large proportion of their realmpoints from farming the said 'clueless zerg', would you trade it all for even numbers and class balance (this includes no bugs to exploit to give your group an edge)?

i wasnt stating those numbers r fair either. was just saying hibs cant whine about bveing outnumbered when they do the same thing at 5-6am on a weekend morning

as for lag. both sides lag ! its not as if albs werent lagging and only hibs did .. but i do agree lag free fights r more fun..

but its never fun being zerged all the time (im solo 90% of the time so i know how it feels to be outnumbered all the time)
