I understand albs didn't come to defend - if I was alb I wouldn't have come either (regardless of whether the defence would have been successfull if they did care about it)

Anyway albs saying that Snowdonia is undefendable because of it's location and the routes to it (see Aussie post) is plain bullshit. The reason is that there is ZERO activity in alb frontier and once a full relic raid force is at the relic without prior warning you will lose - nothing gonna stop 30-40 FF tanks and a couple of rams bashing down the doors in 5 mins or less. Shrooms are of course very nice for relic raids and make up for the lack of population hibs have to face (at least when attacking a keep/relic).

To put it short: all power relic keeps are harder to defend than strength relic ones; alb power relic keep is especially hard to defend not because of the location but because of the lack of RvR in albion frontier zones.

And another thing there is nothing to whine about the last 2 relic raids. Mid did a great job and hibs were fast and determined to get it back as fast as possible and they did.

I wonder if Albs will defend the str relic they will get handed to them soon

Congratz herbal, u just reached ur lowest point in daoc. Not only did you show a _PRIVATE_ conversation you had with someone on here trying to belittle saadyst. You have absoloutly nfc about tykas and saadyst's relationship, its awful to say the least, had it been the best relic raid in history there is no way tyka would say so, due to his relationship with saadyst, and thats how it works with people who dislike each other. The relic raid had _1_ hour of organisation, it went off fine, except some people hitting wrong 3rd door and someone picking up relic who wasn't meant to, which was a setback on 5mins max.

I never wanted to join VGN or even begged to be invited, I was considering it, yes, but after hearing so many bad things from close mates and ex-VGN-members I decided it wasn't such a good idea. Plus I disliked Tyka's ideas of how a member should play and not play. In the end I decided that if VGN would only want me if I sakrifice my RL for it then I would just go somewhere else.

Besides, I have given Tyka/Matinex/Don a lot of chances on my personal scoreboard, I have tried to get to know him better, only to get slapped in the face with his egomaniac behaviour every single time.

I don't see really why he should be someone outstanding in this realm, of course he has commited a lot of time to the game, more than most, but then again he wasn't the only one.

There were people like Tankster showing albs/mids that, with a good support, hibs can destroy much larger forces than their own. I wouldn't wanna say Tankster is a nice person than Tyka because god help me, she really isn't the nicest to deal with, but maybe you got to have some bad image to be someone special in this game. Thiniking of Alpha, Outlaw, Zoyster, Mumin&Co, Fatbelly or whole NP, as well as Tyka and Tzee.

Mr. Nice Guy never gets too much publicity. But still, even if the twats should be the stars, it doesn't mean the realm is gonna thank them for achieving something for them.
