At least we try, gone ld like 5 times during it, and i have a good connection and a good system, everything is set on low.. just wonder why Mythic is promoting the zerg wars if their servers obviously cant cope with only a small force in one area.

Have seen it more then a couple of times, when 100 mids/albs run in to defend everybody is standing lagging and getting killed.

Yes I agree that you did a very nice job on those doors, and fast. Second door at 77% not 50% But to actually take the relic out from Mjollnir is near impossible with 55 hibs

add another 50 and you will succeed.. (did I say that out loud?) Nevermind, go and level artifacts and do ML's and stop bashing down door1 on mjollnir

Just remember when you have the relics with the right ML setup and artifacts a meelee squad can take all three relic keep doors down in under 7 minutes.
So be prepared for a quick response.

actually the motivation for a RR on mid is not very high atm; we have 3 relics and those are hard enough to defend as the realm with the lowest population by far. If we go for mjollner it is mainly because we are bored (think we didnt even have a ram - but not sure since I LDed very early ) and hence we also don't bring 200 people (not like we could gather this amount of people).
I expect relics to change hands often in the future due to MLs and the day we lose our relics you can be sure you will see a different force.
And tbh animists are not overpowered - they would be if albs or mids had them - but in the hands of the realm with the lowest population on almost every DAoC server it evens out the chances a bit.

lol I love the slating of the yanks it typifies the short sighted nature of BW and FH readers/authors, tbh some of them are grossly over the top estimates of when and what is needed to complete quests or ML's etc, but hey there is a reason.

Remember one thing,

I wonder how long it would take players of all realms to figure out how to do these ML's and artifacts without the benefit of a step by step walk through for each and every detail.

I have done some ML's and some Artifact hunts and tbh I sit there and think how the hell did somebody figure this out ffs.

How quickly people berate others that quite possibly had to do these things without the benefit of a book, hints, walkthroughs etc, having said all that many of the thing you read now were found out by the Americans in the very early stages of TOA over there.

nope you can't compare this: animists are good in PvE (and I agree too good atm) but their usefulness is highly situational in RvR: I don't think an animist will make you shiver in fg RvR; but on the other hand some animists for raids help the realm with the lowest population (on almost every server) even out things a bit;
