Dubai is pretty much like any other majori nternational city now and is growing!

The Two Palms, The World, Indoor Skiing resort and The Wing is just amazing! :O

There are two of these, one big and one small, which are both artifical ofcause. All property on both Palms are sold out:

The World which is also artifical ofc. You could buy your own island, if every island wasn't already sold:

The Wing functions as a hotel(also called The Burj I think), which you can actually play tennis on top of:

The Indoor Skiing resort:

Amazing city I'd really like to visit

Well i just got back and omg what a ride. This place is truly awesome with so much to do and so many places to see that i couldnt find enough time to do even half of them. Was on a training course for most of the days so was a bit difficult to get about and the traffic was horrid but overall worthwhile.

Got to see the Hotel Burj Al Arab which someone earlier posted a snap of and also got to go onto the Palms development, awesome stuff. We also gott to go on site of the worlds largest building Burj Dubai amd trust me when i say i got a neck ache just from trying to see the top of the this building. Its huge to say the least and at least a third taller then the next biggest building and to top it off it isnt even completed yet.

I went skying in the desert which i got to say was a novelty, the hotels are unreal and as for the nightlife.......

I cant understand how anyone living here would consider ever living anywhere else its a place were dreams are being built well worth a visit if you in the area.

Also has the worlds only 7 Star hotel I believe. Some thing like the Burj El Arab. I could be wrong on the name. Couldn't be bothered to look it up. Seen it on a programme once. Man was it lavish. Bloody expensive though.

You be right and you cant just go like you used to before (after paying a entrance fee. Now you have to actauly have something to do inside it ie have a room their or eat at one of the many eating places wuthin, which we did compliments of the company paying for our training.
