i think you will need ventrilo v2.1.4 client

i have been on a ventrilo where frozensolid was on too, and Ventrilo 2.1.4 client was compatible with the server Frozensolid was on.

Don't think those are what you are looking for, they are all VoIP or communications packages.

I believe you are looking for text-to-speech programs? Try http://www.readplease.com, they have a freeware version, though there are others out there.
