hamro, xrealming is attacking an enemy and blatently not attacking another, i said that.

Well the other night we chose to not attack you, but to attack people in a group of 4 or more or that started to cast on us (usually just CC and move off). This means we are x-realming? No this means we are making the most fun out of the game we possibly can!

Would be funny if all the hibs were on vent with just blokie from mid but trust me that isn't the case.... or is it OoOo

ok, let's go through this step by step. If that doesn't work I'll kindly ask Flimgoblin to lock this post, but I hope we can sort this out. This post may be rather lengthy and I've done my best to structure it.

1. Introduction​

First of all: I apologise. I had no clue that this would affect you so badly. If I had known it would, I would've contacted you in-game first. Sadly enough, we only have one life, so we have nothing to compare our actions to, to know which is the best thing to do.

I also said that you might be a nice guy, but just not all the time. I even defended you and said that I wouldn't ban anyone for emoting. I did indeed show only my side of the story, because I know no other. You always have the option to show your side, so people can have a more balanced view of this.

That being said, if you do not want these things to become public, you should not say them. If you say things you regret - and we all do, don't worry about that - the proper thing to do is to apologise. If you would've apologised, people here wouldn't have jumped on you like they just did. They would've understood that you were just really annoyed and so would I.

2. Crossrealming​

The crossrealming insults show you didn't completely understand what I told you before, so I'll say it again. I have no direct communication with Hibs, except for emotes, like everyone else. I am not on teamspeak with them. They leave me alone, because they know me.

How do they know me? Because they have zerged me, day after day, until they realised I was no threat and only wanted to have some duels. After about a week of hug-spamming and being zerged they started to leave me be. As I said, you cannot expect them to leave you alone after just one time. They don't know you yet, as far as they know you might pretend to be nice only to attack them when they aren't looking (I'm not saying you would, I'm saying you might).

As seen on the screenshot though, you explicitely asked me to cross-realm by telling the Hibs not to kill you on FH. By doing this I would actively breach the CoC, since that would be direct communication outside the means offered to you in-game. I don't do that, I respect individual's choices. If they choose to leave you alone like Balistor did, fine by me, if they choose to zerg you, that's also fine. Same with me: if they zerg me all evening I might log a bit disapointed, but it's their choice and I respect that.

3. Personal Insults​

Well, I'll just ignore the swearwords you've thrown at me and consider them as not being meant, but rather written in the heat of the moment. I'm sorry if I annoyed you on my shaman. I can't recall any incidents, but if you say I have, it must be true. I'm sorry.

What annoyed me quite a bit though is that you're making things up about me. I never, ever, told you to get a life. I don't care what anyone's life is, as long as they enjoy themselves and don't hurt anyone else all is fine by me. I could go on about this, but this is no philosophical discussion about the meaning of life, so I'll leave it at this. I still have the full screenshots: do you want me to make them public, showing I never insulted you, or will you apologise? Your call.


I'm sorry that this didn't turn out quite the way you wanted it, but look at the bright side of it, at least you're a known face now .

fotmskald flooded me with abuse for a good few minutes because I wouldn't buff him.

I got some similar screens myself when soloing on Ovo/Embra/Sera/Sotha in thid. Just one of those things really. When keeping a char in thid over a long period of time, you get recognized by enemies(like it was stated earlier in the thread) and treated based on your past actions. At some point zergs/grps might even leave you be if they see you as a "soloer". From a by-stander this might look weird, like in this case. As for emotes, they can be interpreted in so many ways depending on the situation.

Update: problem solved. I've talked to Fotmskald in-game and he acted quite the opposite of the behaviour shown on the screen. Apologies have been exchanged and the insults are forgiven .

So, please, don't let your opinion on 'Fotmskald' be influenced too much by the screen. Just decide what you think of him after having talked with him yourself (this is not an invitation to start spamming him ). If you don't like him based on your own experiences that's ok with me, but please don't base your opinion on hearsay.

i take back everything i said about blokkie and those who i insulted i never intended to say the things i did, ive had a hard time irl atm BUT I KNOW THATS NO REASON TO ACT LIKE AN ASS so i hope u werent too offended but as i take it i think most ppl didnt. what i said about blokkie was a lie he is a nice person on all his chars and so is luki but i get out of control sometimes and i only have myself to blame. im sorry zoltazo for emoting u even tho i feel i didnt do it too badly it was out of order and by all means tell goa i guess thats what people feel is justice. im sorry hamro and blokkie for calling u an xrealmer i just got my facts wrong. im sorry hiz and tdd for acting like an ass and u have all right to be angry i never intended to go over the top when one of ur members told me to get a life.
