Taken from the runemaster tl report - the mythic feedback is in bold:
Interrupts - Interrupts are devastating to the caster. It effectively negates our ability to do anything, and those with Quickcast are being interrupted even while using that now. No one should be interrupted non damage instant cast spells, nor interrupted from an attack to which they are immune (CC).
Interrupts are part of the game, and that's not going to change. Quickcast should not be interruptible so bug /appeal this. (And yes, there are situations where quickcast may be prevented from being used, but it shouldn't be "interruptible".
As I mentioned in the last report, there are some bugs that are affecting interrupts and they are not the ones people think. Watch future patch notes for info on this; we really want to see how much this helps casters.
Having CC immunity does not equate interruption immunity. As I mentioned in the enchanter report, if we want to all discuss whether CC should interrupt at all, we can, but the immunity timer is just there to prevent chain CCing, and is highly unlikely to ever change.
