At a point just after toa was released it wasnt me playing the char. but that was for like 20k rps or something. During the last few times ive reactivated i have grped with people i know from the past.

I also very much disagree with the common thinking of soloing nowadays. Back in the days when me and zzang ran duos it wasnt this stupid duel mentality over the 1on1's. Then a 1on1 1on2 1on3 even was something that happened when u hit bottlenecks were people camped. I enjoyed this type of play as it suits the skald as a class to get the initial jump by coming from speed5-6. This is also how i will play the game if its possible for me. I will duo at primetimes since alot of other ppl duo/trio and because i enjoy duoing with people. Ill sometimes join in a pug with oldtime friends if there seem to be decent fg action.

While i duo i will kill soloers unless the other person in the duo or me have a special relationship to the person in question. (I see no reason not to)
While i run in pugs im only a pawn and have none, nor do i care about having any influence on which people the fg choose to kill.

This may sound harsh and even be compared to griefing , but its a game i enjoy. I even enjoy to get jumped by duos while i solo. It evolves me as a player and forces me to try new tricks to be able to do well.

Its basically the surprise moment and the adrenaline from that which is the thing in daoc for me.

The current state of members from all 3 realms standing in a circle bowing and challenging eachother in a controlled form as the "proper" way to 1on1 is dull, without excitement and just a matter of spamming crap without any risk of anything unsuspected happening. fuck boring in other words.

Also about adding on 1on1, when im alone i dont do this nor have i ever done it while the fight is going on. When 1 of the combatants are dead, sure ill kill the other one, seems fair to me and i expect the same treatment.

And please, i refuse to read comparisations to my actions and standing 5 feet from a keepdoor buffshearing people 2000 range away and then /rofl when they eventually get zerged down while the shearer collects arpees.

You're not the sharpest tool in the box, are you? Nobody gives a shit about your spec here. It's just the point that you camp bridges 24/7 waiting for people to come by so you can just shear them and wait for some random nubber to kill them.

Alternatively you group up with randoms to run around....well actually to shear and then run away, but nvm...
