You cannot have 'a good thing' if it will replace your 'Green Flames'. Because despite the fact that we agree 'Green Flames' suck; and despite the fact we could easily create 'a good thing': 'Green flames' have now been in game for 'some amount of time'. Therefore it is possible that someone likes their 'Green Flames', and would be upset if they were replaced with 'a good thing'.
Thus we can only ever remove longstanding 'Green Flames' if they are overpowered, or if they belong to Scouts. And even in this case we prefer to adjust the greenness, or the flameness of the item in question - rather than swap it for something completely different.
