A tip:
Using 3 30-min-timered abilites in a single fight vs a minstrel = you have no right to laugh when I run.
Especially considering you then scarpered pronto to avoid facing me without TW, IP, and BD up.

OK, I'll clear it up.
R7 tank vs my poor gimped RA-less self. (avoidance of magic 4 + SOS, don't ask, never lend your account to muppets)
He was camping ATK.
He used IP, triplewield, bladedance (i guess - some 150dmg instaDD thing) and I used fuck-all except a lvl46 pet that happened to be nearby. As for buffs, I wasn't buffed at the time, so kindly get over it.
Now. We fought. He IP'd (nerf stun resist rates) and I ran, blowing SOS IIRC and barely surviving his last DOT proc. At the TK I begged for heals from someone elses' buffbot that had just ported in (naming no names) and went back out looking for the noble R7 tank.
He had scarpered. He would not fight me without IP, triplewield (i'll ignore BD cos it's gimpy) and I just found this ironic give he /laugh'd as me and my 1300hp self ran away from his 3200hp, unresistable-600dmg-spell (TW, 5 hits of about 130 each), parrying, evading self.
Comprende?
For the attention of Argavain, not for the unconsidered flaming of Tyka.

What do you expect really, YOU charged him and you have to pay the consequences.

My advice to you is that next time you see someone that is higher RR then you, just run away. Think about it, I'm sure that 99% of the people would use everything they can in a battle to kill their opponent.

It's like someone told you not to use your stun when a nightshade attacks you, because it's unfair.

Anyways i can just imagine the situation, a minstrel get the jump on a bm and fails to kill him, so he SoS and run away, pretty funny if u ask me :p

I unbuffed charged an R7 blademaster who was right in front of my PK. Alright, I accept that was pretty-much suicidal given the gimpedness of my RAs... with IP and AP I could have soloed him, I expect, maybe, perhaps. Point is that he is a better 1v1 class by far, I did NOT get the jump on him, he had to use IP and triplewield and then had the unashamed gall to laugh at me as I ran away with a DOT proc ticking on me and leaving me with no visible health bar as it wore off. I just found it a little pathetic.
Wouldn't've posted perhaps, except I was pissed off after some thane nearly beat me 5mins before with l33t skillful use of IP, also. :p

I didn't die, he didn't die, no-one was cheating, nothing got owned, blah blah blah. Just thought it was childish and being in a bad mood I posted.

Htf is that relevant? Firstly, he wasn't, he was styling. Second, if bluntmasters hit 29%resist+ crush-resistant armour for 150(mainhand) unstyled, then nerf immediately please, thirdly I'm not trying to say that I'm uber, or that Argavain sux0rzz, merely that it is pathetic to laugh at an inferior class 3 RR's below you for running after you IP and pop your class-defining unresistable/avoidable 500+dmg add thingy.

Yes, he's a bluntmaster.
AAAHHHH, FFS! It's not relevant, I'm not denying that unbuffed R4 minstrels with no RA other than magical resistance and SOS DIE TO R7 PURE MELEES.....

Wanted to try PvP. Swapped account details (yes, alright, I know) with someone I'd played teamfortress with a long time past, and enjoyed Andred for a week or so.
Somewhere in this point the guy was on my account and his story is that he got into an argument about resist caps and got AoM4 to prove that AoM goes over 26% caps. Why he needed lvl4 to do this, I don't know... maybe he was trying to go as high as he could but at that time I didn't have the RA pts for lvl5... probably I should be thankful for that.
Sadly that was my last respec. And obvious I can't go to GOA and say "I lent my account to someone I should not have trusted and my char got rather buggered, gifvs RA respec pliz".
Feel free to laugh derisively now. Unlike running from Argavain, having AoM4 IS something you can laugh at me for. :m00:

until then you can enjoy making mages cry when they nuke you for pittance ;)

I was crafting in Camelot when he did it (I didn't actually know it wasn't you)... I thought it was during the time of infinite respecs (skills, not RAs, but he didn't know) and he was playing around and got AoM4. Then, to his surprise, he couldn't respec anymore and was stuck with AoM4 :p

hehe last time I was there killing the dragon we killed it in like ? 30 seks ^^ some time ago now ;)
and he spawned 2 mins after again and we killed him in ~ a bit less the 1 min this time :p
but we where quite a lot ppl there aswell ~Lag~ dono how meny but 200+ is for sure. we did it the right way.... NO AE SPELLS FROM IT :D
now it´s time to whine hibs :p

I'm grateful you told me that. I came on very shortly after he actually did it - i.e. he said he was using my RA respecs (not expecting it to be a problem) and I screamed blue murder at him - and got the story I went through above. Hrmms. Oh dear D:

Freeze: thing is I think he gets made slightly harder in some upcoming patch? I dunno, still plenty of albs whinging on VNboards in various places that it is impossible to get a respec stone. Maybe they're just unpopulated servers, or they can't stop whinging or something :p

WTF? Zerkers hit for double that on slash resist armour, BMs need a boost (and mercs) if anything. Just to point out, BM is a PURE TANK melee damage is all they have. They're meant to hit a damn sight harder than minstrels.

At least have some decency to stay and fight. You could of rezzed yourself anyway. If your stupid inought to attack him when it says Thunderer above his head..

I /laugh spam anyone that runs away from me in a fight because they cant win. Happens often, unless they camp gorge with a Scout friend *ahem*
