You could walk into emain with and mash one attack button and earn rps. Do it long enough and you'd make rr10.
(Please - no comment about pre 1.62 SBs here ;p)
If your definition of skill is being able to press more than one btton then yes, this game requires 'skill'

If u can "chain" them, it cant be a fair fight... let´s assume u got more skills than the average player... in those fights u should still loose 30%+ of those fights if they were "fair".

hmm the only situation i would think that someone would press only one button is crafting so yes crafting does not require skill!! if u have an objection perhaps u could enlighten me on which class uses only one button to play.....

i got to say i have more respect for urizen than for lathanial.
lathanial is not really one of the reveared stealthers from a hib perspective.
He falls into that stereo typical catagory of alb stealthers that get their RP collectivly solo'ing at AMG for the vast majority of their daoc careers.
In fact he is still widely considered a soft target (if he doesnt flee) when you can find him away from the zerg on those rare occasions when he ventures into the unknown.

People who cba to(or simply can't) spend shitloads of time on a template or RR to become competitive in emain gains the competitive advantage by grouping. They too want to win sometimes, can you blame them?
If you didn't have the time to get the RR's or equipment you'd do the same thing if you still wanted to continue to play the game, Urizen.
That goes to every-fucking-one of you.
This game started out by appealling to more than just the people who put alot of time into the game(according to Mythic it still does). It's Mythics fault that the competitive bar has raised as much as it has.
