I don't think any of the bands you named have "good" names. I don't think any of the bands I named have good names. Its just a name. Most bands names are weird, or just for a laugh. (Sum 41, Blink 182, Analcunt p) Dying Fetus, Cheeky Girls .. practically every punk/rock/metal/pop group)

I don't know about the angst ridden teenager thing. I don't really go in for the whole worshipping Satan or Odin thing. I just like the music. I think the majority of bands nowadays aren't teenagers though. They were at the beginning when Burzum, Mayhem etc started but now it seems to be people in there 20's. The corpsepaint..dressing black..moody dark theme is just to go along with the music. It'd be a bit silly if they screamed about Satan and wore pink or something.

I doubt Bjork will be doing any festivals this year as she's spending most of it in a Studio...but that studio is in Spain, which is where the festival is so maybe ;p
