It's similar-ish to the Simpsons, but whereas that show has become more shit and uninspired as it's dragged on, Family Guy was a big pile of wank from the start.

Am i the only one who doesn't like it? Watched a few episodes when it was shown on C4, but not all impressed with it.

It depends on what series you saw. I'm quite a fan of it but I admit to finding the 2nd series pretty weak. That's made up for by the 1st and 3rd series being brilliant, though.

Also I found it to be a bit of an acquired taste. You realise after a while that the humour is very different from other 'animated adult comedy' shows.

I found series two very weak as well but it also had 2 of the funniest episodes I have seen as well

Also the bonus episode on series two was crap
