Can't get enough of FH

Over the weekend I went from level 5 to level 9 fame in windhurst (sardines with warp/refresh/convert/conserve MP - pretty quick).
At L8 I checked some prices (spells) and then went on to get L9 fame. I went back to check prices and nothing has changed >< Was L8 enough to get rock bottom prices then?
The reason I ask, is cause Dispel is still 69k for me. At jeuno someone can afford to sell them for 66k over and over..... either something is wrong, or Rabao has a cheaper base price?
