You will need:
Bread
2 eggs
milk
Lea and perrins worcester sauce (sp?)
what ever herby type things are in you cuboard
bacon
oil
frying pan

What to do do:

Add oil to frying pan so its nice and hot.
Get a flatish bowl and crack eggs into it add a bit of milk, beat well before adding herby stuff and a large amount of worcester sauce.
Soak bread in mix till it nearly falls apart then fry it till its firm and golden brown/black. Repeat with how ever many slices of bread you want.

no mention of parmo yet. also, i wont accept responsibilty for any heart attack you WILL have from eating it.

take 1 half of a chicken
smash the hell out of it till its flat
fry it for how ever long you want
bread crum or make batter and batter it if you know how
fry again
add cheese sauce and on top of that add some kind of white cheese and on top of that some kind of yellow cheese

eat it and phone an ambulance.

the funny thing is with this, even if its not cooked propley you dont get food poisoning. ive seen many parmos from take aways where the chicken is laying eggs in your pizza box while your eating it.

Don't know. Maybe spaffing, as the fancy takes you, into the hair of a bunch of teenage lesbians engaged in a breast rubbing competition.

My current favourite is chicken tikka fajitas.

(Serves 1)

You need:
Jar of Chicken Tikka marinade
Plain flour tortillas
1 large or 2 small chicken breats (skinless, boneless, thawed)
Salad (lettuce most importantly)

1) Marinate chicken in a bowl overnight or at least an hour.
2) Grill chicken for 7-8 mins
3) Put lettuce on tortilla
4) Put chicken on tortilla
5) Add things like mayo, yoghurt or pretty much anything if you're adventurous.
6) Fold up tortilla and serve.

Can do them in 10 mins if you remember to marinate the chicken beforehand.

I've just had thin sliced salmon, rolled up with Blue Stilton at each piece's centre. Takes about 15 minutes to make. Yummy (although a bit pricey).

Finish that off with a tub of haagen dazs and it sounds like a perfect meal :)

1 large cauliflower
1 packet of bacon
4 dl milk(that's 0.4 l)
2 tbsp(table spoon) butter
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp(tea spoon) salt

Boil the cauliflower in lightly-salted water until it's tender and juicy.
Mix butter and flour in a pot, simmer lightly. Add milk, stir well until it boils, add salt to taste.
Fry bacon until crispy.
Pour sauce over cauliflower, sprinkle roughly-chopped bacon over.

Serve with potatoes if you're feeling fancy.

Tastes absolutely lovely.

EDIT: Grate some cheese and sprinkle that over the cauliflower too, for extra 'roundness' of taste.

Butter some bread, open a bag of crisps, place on to bread...voila crisp sandwiches.

Try a different flavour everyday for variety

Most of my favourite meals take around 20 or less to cook.
Thai curry is a godsend for cooking.

Cut up some chicken.
Heat oil in pan
Seal chicken
Add a couple of spoons of thai green curry paste
Cook and stir for 3 minutes
Pour in coconut milk, heat to boiling then back off the heat to simmer
Boil water
Cook Rice.
Rinse Rice
Chuck on a plate and voilla
All in all about 15 minutes.
Add vegetables, etc to the mix when adding the paste according to your taste.

Of course I could do it properly and sometimes I do with all fresh ingredients and fish oil, but after a hard days work it's great.

My other quick staple is an itlian/chilli mix.

Heat some oil
Brown some chopped onions with chopped fresh or dried chillis and a couple of crushed and diced cloves of garlic.
Add mince (preferebly good steak mince) and brown the mince
Add 1 bottle of Passata
Add 1 can of finely chopped tomato
Add spices to taste. Usually i chuck in a pile of italian seasoning a pinch of salt, black pepper and extra basil and oragano. Sometimes adding a small pinch of sugar to bring out the flavour.
Bring up to a simmer and leave, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes or as long as you want after that.
At this point I usually drop in 1 or two sliced peppers.
Boil water, cook fresh pasta (quicker than dried and nicer)

All in all less than 30 minutes. I usually make enough for about 3 or 4 meals and freeze the excess in individual portions for later consumption and it's great microwave food.

salmon tail, broccoli, carrots, mash, hollandaise sauce

get a steamer.

put water in pan and heat until boiling, put steamer bit on top of pan.

wrap salmon inside some tin foil, and place into steamer, put lid on steamer, wait 4 minutes, take out

prepare mash and carrots and broccoli in normal way or use steamer.

make the hollandaise sauce (instructions on packet)

this is VERY CHEAP and quick to make and tastes bloody marvelous

well, it does if you like salmon

Does it involve rubbing ones private parts into the food to get that extra bit of 'spice' ?

I am more than aware of the wisdom of that maxim.

My mate got sprayed with pepper spray once, then he got put in the cells. The police being the nice chaps they are let him have a shower to wash the spray off his face, first he cleaned his eyes and facial area, then he cleaned his knob....forgetting he still had the stuff on his hands. He said it was the worst pain he has ever felt.

I bet that hurts more than chillis!
