they've just done it to me too, apparently they came at 20 to 2 and left a card. except that they didnt, and there isnt a card, waited in all fucking day for no reason, and now i have to do the same again tomorrow, hoorah

I've had trouble like this with Citylink before. Sometimes they've been fine, other times crap.

Happened once with next day. Emailed Tekheads to complain angrily, and they said they've had a fair few complaints and would refund the P&P cost.

Was nice to get refunded, but still cost me two days sitting in the house unable to do anything that meant I wasn't near the door or might not hear it :|

Ordered my new pc case from ebuyer in the week, booked to be delivered tomorrow and remembered they use shitylink so looks like its a day waiting by the window again.

Lucky i saw the van drive past as the postman was delivering a parcel, went outside to make sure he came, he had parked up the street (tricky to park outside my house) and was lugging my massive parcel up the road, great service this time
