A neighbour played music loud around 10pm-3am friday-saturday so loud he didnt hear the doorbell. And he never answered the doors during the week. And I noticed he also had a big german shepherd. So what i did each weekend morning when i worked goin to work at 5 am and had been disturbed by him was just flick the postbox in his door and the dog went ballistic at . Took about 6 mornings until the guy came rushing out mad as hell, and i just told him why, not had any more problems after 2 years.
