Excel help pls

Currently using MS Excel 2002

What I want to do is insert a jpeg into a cell comment
Have looked on the web and when you click "Format Comment" you're supposed to get 8 tabs. One of these tabs will allow you to insert a picture into the cell comment. I only have one tab (Font) on the Format Comment window.

Any idea how I get the rest of the tabs to appear ?
