Excel Graph Q

Hoi.

Is it possible with a graph to annotate it as such?

I've got some data and need to indicate where the non-linear increase is (preferably in the form of an arrow pointing to it) as it's not that easy to see visually.

Any ideas please?

Hmmm - honestly, I don't think you can without exporting it as an image and doing it in another app.



And I do know quite alot about excel.

youll need a permanent marker. simply get the graph up on the screen and draw an arrow on with notes.

hand in your computer for marking.

Get the chart in a complete state, copy and paste it to Powerpoint then add an arrow. click on the chart and the arrow and group them. Copy and paste into word if you're doing a report or just keep it as a PP slide.

If the ammount changes in F1, F5 and G6 what other cells change and what is the new amount. Gay

Surely if its in excel you can just use the drawing tools to annotate it manually? (veiw -> toolbars -> drawing iirc)

There are arrows in autoshapes and texboxes you can place, wouldnt that work?
