I updated the list with last night's XML update, it's a lot bigger this time as a lot of crafters have set /webdisplay trades on, but there are still plenty missing.

I have actually wondered whether to create my own guild with just me in it, purely so I can wera a nice cloak with an emblem on it ! Hehe, now Im geting as vain as some of you others. I have been wearing the same garb for ages now, staring at my black cape for the 2 or 3 months now

But would I still be recognised as being independant ? Perhaps not. I dont know. Maybe if I had a guild name like Independant ?

I have to admit, it would be nice to see myself in the XML and listed as a crafter. It seems that GOA have made a serious omission with leaving non-guilded crafters out of it.

If I were to join a guild, who would ever take me on ? <giggling> I would just be a constant drain on the guild bank LOL

To be fair, this isn't GOA's crafter list, it's the-list-that-we-made-out-of-GOA's-guild-lists, so when GOA adds their official list to the Chronicles maybe non-guilded crafters will be on it.

You wouldn't be the first one. The guild Creatures of the Night in Hibernia is... Iziz. She says it's great, she got the emblem she wanted, and nobody ever argues with her on guild chat.

Then include the anonymous crafters as well, you can get the highest of them from the <top> part of each guild XML

I don't mind being number 3 armorcrafter on Midgard Excalibur, but I'm not

It would be silly to parse all the guild XML pages and get the anonymous crafters out of the guild top listings, because as soon as GOA fixes the XML bug they will all disappear again. The list is growing as more and more crafters set their anon flags off (updated this morning).

Actually the GOA way of displaying crafters (using the TOP tag) is not generated in coming versions of DAoC.

Mythic use the CHARACTER tag to get craftinfo.
