To be honest, with you playing a BD, I don't think you are qualified to say anything in this matter at all. You have an insta which allows you to do damage regardless of whether you are standing still or moving, every other caster in this game have to stand still to cast. So spare me your wisdom, please.

True, you have to stand still to nuke, but that doesn't mean you HAVE to stand at the same spot to nuke. When enemy are at distance, eighter fighting your pet or someone else, you should move after 3-4 nukes...

ps: i don't just mean solo casters... this goes for grps aswell...

Hard to say. LT on a guy that ain't lvl 50 or got crappy resist, i might hit cap which is 390 damage.
Userlly everyone have SC armor with most of the resists caped nowadays, so my avarage LT is 200-250 without debuff and 250-300 with debuff...

It shouldn't return you 80% hp though... More like 10%.

nope... but i gor 2 healer pets aswell, that heal about 150 hp each so ~300 hp from both. And i also got TG vest that heal for 225 hp. Add that to LT gives me about (with great luck ofc) one heal for 250+300+225=775 hp at once!
