this is the alliance that took part in the winning of our relics and in longtime defence of the realm. it is now being expanded to encompass all RvRing guilds with enough members in their 40s.

Excalibur alliance as of now includes:

joining of respected guilds <Raven Clan>, <Black Falcons> is being discussed.

condition: officers and scouts (reliable) must have /as send capabilty. all 30+ must be able to hear /as. we request absolute no spam of alliance members. only transmit permitted in /as is ORDERS and INFORMATION. absolutely no discussions or arguing.

i suggest all RvRing guilds who want part in a steady flow of information and fast raid setup to contact me and expand on this. you are not subject to an overall alliance command, though certain commanders will be appointed in raids.

@raziel: /as is used for broad information report and command. 70%of all ppl in guilds do not have access to post, so it s extremely annoying to see a discussion in a chat you can t post your opinion to. also we re spamming every last xpers, and worse the RvRers out there who just have to deal with enemies and are expecting vital info. discussion drowns this out.

if you need discussion of a strategy /send the guildleaders and officers who you ll rely on to make it work, form a chat and come to an agreement. then you appoint an officer (no matter what alliance guild from) you agree on and he posts the orders in /as. he should generally never be contradicted in the /as chat because it creates confusion on the receiving side. if he screws up contact him privately or once again form a chat.

if discussion gets online on /as you can bet most of the players who have it will want to do input and 200+ players are forced to hear it. -- not acceptable.

of course we (and as often raidleader) i like to discuss strategy and goals. basically since we need to know what allies realmwide want to do and accomplish. no qestion about that.

i believe kcinimodus will be the first to tell you we (or i) don t run this alliance as a dictatorship. all the guilds give input and i rely on it as you can only get things done if you have a majority backing you.

all i want to say if discussion or dispute arises please don t use the alliance chat for it, because we would spam loads of RvRers and XPers and earn their justified anger.

make it accessable to lvl40+ or so (and remove if it from the person who doesnt use it right)? i know that guildmaster has to do that but like you said.. those are the rules

Yes we decided to join forces (DPK and DVE, all NL and BE players (or NL and BE speaking players)), just because we teamed a lot already and a lot of our lower lvlers needed more friends to team with and have nice chats. This way we have more people under our command and easier to make teams as well. I welcome my friends from the DPK.

I hope the organisation is going well Finster? Recruiting new guilds etc. to join in the big battle? It's been pretty quiet lately (don't really mind that) in RvR. Maybe people are a bit fed up with the standard RvR?

Well, this certainly a good to setup...

(most of our members are 30+ (well, actually most are 38+) the members that aren't are mostly ppl's alt chars, but we arent real big, 10~15 members now)

Because for some reason we always miss the important RvR events, like last weeks Relic-raid on monday which eventually didn't become a Relic-raid, but boy was Veeshan mad that I dídn't have Anon on (I was simply trying to get to the XP area to kill some mids I didn't know of any raid )...
