Mids mids mids... the accusation of spying on our part is complete and utter crap.
- 110 is not that many for a relic raid
- YES we have all our alts logged in Excal ... that means at the first 110 death spam about 50 people do /quit. Since all the rich kids play on Albion we all have fast computers so about 30 seconds after the /quit we have our other char logged on.
- I am an officer in a Unity guild... and I have a lot of friends ... yet I knew zero about your attack in advance.
Don't try to cover YOUR failure up with making cheap accusations please.
Don't get me wrong ... cross realm spying SUCKS ... kills the game... and if I knew there was spying this time I'd be posting that right here and if I knew who did it I'd report the bugger.
Now cry more and try again... I'll be the Avalonian Cleric logging in about 30 seconds after you kill the first guard.

I totaly agree with Shania, it seems everytime anything goes wrong in the relic department there is five minutes later a whine thread about crossrealm cheating, so here is the hard facts Bring some evidence of these accusations, because no guildleaders that i know will tolerate crossrealm cheating and since that include Unity and Albion Guard who are the main defenders of any battles at Excalibur i find it har to believe that there was a spy so prove it.

Well stil dont believe that there wasnt a spy. Us Shadowblades went 20 min before the big zerg to excal nobody there. And suddenly when i try to build my ram on the door 40+ albs popped and your telling me there was no spy? Yeah right!

that'll occur from start to finish in about 2-4 minutes....before you say BS!!
how did albs manage to crash ALb when hibs attacked..exactly like this everyone logging in at the same time into a zone that already has 100+ attackers in it doing battle with the gaurds.
Simple fact of the matter is albs log alts in excal EXACTLY for this eventuallity...and its paid off...quite a few times.

The mids will see if they attack us 23 times that we will have Excal full of alts within 30 seconds 23 times... and as long as out of the 23 times they can't prove spying once ... (which seems to be the current track record) I don't give a fuc|< what badlosermid[insertrandomnumber] says.

This is easily solved:
(1) Durgi says who these honourable Albs are who told him they got prior warning from spy.
(2) These honourable Albs name the spy.
(3) Mids/Hibs/Albs /point /laugh at that spy
Failing in this:
(1) Mids start to work on better tactics.
(2) Albs can be proud of nice Relic defence.

i don't do it at all anymore as i don't play alb..btw that amod was from about 2 MONTHS ago...wow they must be some pretty good spys to know ur gonna do a rr a full month and a bit b4 you start planning.
But yes when i played alb i had one of my alts logged inside exc..i believe she is still there.
any other points you wanna dig outta that post for me?

Enough mud slinging. Let's have some names and some proof.
I know for a fact that the first notification that Unity got was somebody mentioning huge lag in Sauvage, then Mids on Excal, followed about 3 seconds later in /gu by Boldiam Knights getting killed with 106 enemies in the area.
Within about 4 or 5 minutes of the first guard spam I'd logged my main in (he was logged in Castle Sauvage), ran up the road and was inside Excal. All it takes is a large number of people doing the same thing and you're swarmed with defenders in no time.

Well you albs where throwing around the same accusations on your last RR and the one before that. If i remember things correct there was a spy in mid that got booted from guild. I new a guy that was crossrealming and i was one of them who reported him. But his reports came a tad late, i had lag runned inside apk on a suicide run.
There have been spies, and there will be spies.

Well i'm not the normal zerg follower, i rather run with 1fg or no group at all. Got about 90% of my rps solo with my gimp thane, guess thats why i'm not rr5 yet
But if you send a few albs out alone i guess i will ding next week Well seen my fair share of strange things, happily ganking a caster, about 200 people on server at that time. He zooms away at bolt range and bolts me to death. Seen a stealther walk thru mg, without opening the gate.

ah not a follower of teh Z3rg myself....HW thats where you WOULD have found me [got rr5 from just HW on a casual basis] ...but now i have left alb and gone to the green on hib....you can find me.....well..most places really

You were defeated this time by pure luck.
Yes, I was in the Hadrian's Wall chat group of Albs, and yes, I fully confess, after losing the 2nd lot of 3fg of mids, I started raising questions about where they were, what were they doing. Could they be filtering through for a relic raid? Had they been killed by some Hibs we'd seen, and it was the same lot coming back each time? (hell - it was probably even your third wave, not second!)
I asked, because one set of your people killed a guild mate of ours on the Sauvage border, near Boldiam. So, don't think you'd all got through completely unnoticed!
But, as no-one else seemed to pick up on this idea, I didn't take it any further, not even on my alliance channel. Too fixed on the idea of hunting in Hadrian's I guess
Then, we attacked what was probably your last wave of honorable fighters coming through mmg in Hadrian's. After removing the dirt from our teeth, and suffered relocation sickness, we picked ourselves up, and determined to head back north.
We were to pick someone up on the way, and Excalibur seemed a suitable spot to meet.
So, something like 2 fg of Albs arrived at Excalibur, I think all from our guild, plus any others that came with us, walked out front, and saw ... lots of mids at the north of the keep, pulling guards!
First things first, *I* issue the call to arms for our alliance. So, if you think I'm a spy/cheat, feel free to so do. I'm not. I do NOT engage in cross realm activity, even to the point I do NOT have an account on Barrysworld, nor ever will. Frankly, I play the game by ONLY communicating with my fellow Albs in Prydwen. Hey - it's my choice, but, respect a lot of you other realmers as I do, the way I see the game is - we're not supposed to talk to each other. So, don't expect me on IRC or anything else either The only reason for asking my fellow players who do have an account to consider posting this note is that, basically, I admire your tactics, and what I see you do to us. I'd hate for you to rile yourself over a mis-apprehension.
Well, anyway, back to what happened; being the cowardly clothy (at heart) that I am, I immediately run inside (at the west side, has to be said), and was frankly shocked when I ran to the front of the inner bailey to find 2 rams up on the third door east!
Didn't stop me smiting some of your ram workers though
I've no idea who logged on from this point on at Excalibur (as I was playing my cleric, trying to get to someone on the battlements, and failing miserably to climb the stairs, as I was by this time completely lagging to hell), but that's it up to the point when I was first aware that our alliance knew *anything* of your brilliant plan. Because we made them aware. Then. Not earlier.
And as far as I know, I, and my team mates, were the first people to bring this to the attention of my alliance (because I for one didn't see a single other Alb in Excalibur when we got there).
And I don't spy. Nor would I want to. Hell, I've only ever logged on to Prydwen, and only ever to Albion.
I'm sorry - there may/may not have been a leak. It certainly didn't get to my ears, and I am guildmaster for one of our alliance guilds, so it's not that bad a leak if it is.
But sad to say, from my perspective, you lost only by luck, and the number of Albs that arrived (or most probably, logged in) *after* a fully 'legal and moral' alert had been issued.
Oh yes, while thinking on it, I'm sure the first guard kill at Excalibur happend less than 10 seconds after I issued the call to arms for our alliance, because I remember then being able to supply your numbers (110 I think?) at that time.
So, there would also have been a response then anyway. We were just lucky we had at least 2 groups of buffed and ready Albs to get to work on your ram handlers inside.
PS) I don't think I'll stay so quiet next time we lose 3fg Mids in Hadrian's. Twice!

pretty much covers it. when the 3fgs of missing mids went missing I was /send ing people in Pennines asking them to check out Berks (it was unclaimed at the time). we are careful
