It appears (from initial reports by our tech guys), that one of the main routers in our network has fallen over. We are working on getting the problem fixed as fast as possible and I'll give you more news as soon as I have it. Everything on our network is currently inaccessible - game servers, home page, subs page, RightNow etc.

To be honest (and before the flames start) GOA have a superb record with server uptime and we shouldnt bitch too hard on the odd occasion when things go to rat shit.

At least someone is talking to us, a rather small community, while when you play WoW and similar things happen there wont be a word until earliest the next day when the marketing strategy and legal boys (a division that seems larger than customer support) have ok'd some bland statement that always ammounts to "thanks for your patience" with never anything resembling an explanation.

Right now they're trying to get in, but the server room is full of shrooms. ;( They're trying to hire a camlann bainshee to do some casting through the walls, but they're not having much luck yet, they keep getting grey-ganked.

My thoughts exactly, any buisness that relies on internet access should always have some degree of redunancy on it's network.
