Again, there are many people who put their own desire for a child above the risks of what may happen to that child in the womb.

Also we are focused purely on child rearing when it comes to incest, what if children don't come into it? Is it any more acceptable or unacceptable?

If there are no kids involved, then it just becomes a case of a social stigma - I cant say Id approve of it but I wouldnt be out campaigning to stop it.

And dont forget that the desire to breed is probably one of the strongest biological instincts we have, bar food and living to see the next day. And there are cases where it has exceeded both of those :)
