nothing wrong with shitting naked, it's strangely liberating. However, having to be naked to shit must be a nightmare.

People dont like to do things they've not done before, and if they manage to have not done them for the first 20 years of their life it can be very difficult to start. The problem is parents not forcing kids to do stuff they have not done before or might not like. BRB taking a shit in the work bogs, with all my clothes on.

I'm similar, i need to take my top off to do a poo properly, dunno why, just have to bare the chest to drop the logs.

I also can't do one (unless i have the squits) anywhere but home and then i can't do it easily if there is anyone in the house apart from immediate family.
