Anyone remember the reason for disabling editing posts after 5 mins of posting, in the first place? Something from when DAoC RvR section was full of flames and such ?

yeah, tho its probably still valid. theres just way to much flaming going on to enable that again. ppl would post shit, then edit it away after their brains would engage again.
