anyone else seen this?

saw it today and well it didnt fill the little expectations i had on it, but im glad i didnt waste my money. Its just a rip off of bruce almighty... with shoddy special effects...

If it was a standalone film and not a sequel I would have given it a 6/10 but the problem is that IT IS a sequel to a great comedy and it cost nearly three times the original to make but only delivered a third of the laughs. Based on all of that it gets a 4/10 from me.

Well, as i see it, Evan Almighty is like those old "bible stories", meant for younger peeps, with a modern twist, to keep them interested in "the faith".

Especially for religious peeps, this might be a fun thing to watch, since usually it's only blood/action/swearing/poop filled in cinemas.

I'll watch it, probably might like it, but i have a good thing in my head where i can turn off the critic and just watch like a "moron"
