EU/US patch levels

I thought EU/US where getting the same patches? or are the patches not doing what they say for teh US servers as well?

I know that there is still problems with the WL "Pounce" i take it this is fixed on US in 1.01 but still bugged in EU?

also having a pedantic eye for detail noticed this:

Players no longer need to scroll down through the EUALA when logging into the game. The window now defaults to the bottom, and players need only check the Agreement box and click accept.

The text does not default to bottom for me, however I can check the agreement box right away and click "OK". So it works at the same speed, but with different handling.
