Removal of PD for Scouts and shield blocking capped at 75% maybe?

bow specced archers will get luuve, melee specced ones however will have it slightly different

In a few Months I guess just as the WAR machine starts up and about 2 years before GOA fix or tell us the fix for the cluster.

And anyone who plays an archer atm and has tested 1.88 doesn't see 1.88 as archer love whether your melee or bow spec like me.

Crit shot halfed in damage from current system, lots of fluff, scouts get all the toys for free, hunters ruined. Rangers unable to melee anything and no PD.

It takes some getting used to lad, but once you got the crit>heat>cold>PB combo to an art, its soooo OP, but scouts still have the easy life with slam>PB>PB>PB.

I am not sure EAthic have finished twinking 1.88, small patches still coming and a few major bugs to fix yet, so maybe a while.

Had great fun getting outmeleed today on my 9l8firb bm with 2226 weaponskill, by a scout, balanced

And wasnt just by a bit, it is now seemingly impossible for me to hit anything with a shield. funfunfun, guess i can go spec back to grp RA's and let the fat firb retire till i find a grp in 2010... crap patch
