Error!

Lo all, i just installed Windows on my comp,(i had it before too but comp was a bit fucked), and when i start daoc(SI) client it works fine etc. But when im in the server selection screen and click on the server i want to play, and press play, there comes up an error and it says this: Renderer Creation Failed! ...

Does anyone knows how to fix this?

Make sure u got latest vid drivers and at least direct-x 8.1

Are you using daox?

If so, you might want to make sure all the pre-requesits described in the README ( ) are fullfilled.

Otherwise, could be a video card problem. Also: try the Tech. Help forum

Change your resolution. It may well be that SI cannot work with your current setup.

This happened to me on my laptop, though oddly enough the same resolution was fine on my Desktop.

Make sure you've installed the appropriate AGP drivers for your motherboard's chipset.
