Error loading dbag

Hi

I patched my RTCW up last night and joined a server to play. It loaded up and connected ok, but I noticed one or two messages about certain lines in my .cfg being forced to some setting or other by PB. Fair enough, i'll take a look at that later and change them if I can remember what they were. The real trouble is that after about 2-3 minutes of playing, PB kicks me out and says it's for a 'technical reason' and mentions an 'error loading dbag'. Can anyone help me with resolving this one? Dunno what dbag is, but it's a regular install of rtcw, etc. I've got the standard maps, no mods or add-ons or anything, so I don't get it.

Its a problem with pbuster iirc, I've never experienced it myself.

It might be an idea to look:

They have a hardware forums, search for 'error loading dbag'.

Ch@meleon have you tried updating your punkbuster manually ? i had the same problem as u, but after updating manually it went away,

maybe the problem is that the server wont allow updating ??
