Epic Quests? CL quests?

I haven't been a good hib, i have to admit that. Got some questions about the new epic quests.

* Where does it start? Name of npc, and location.
* IS it doable with bard?

Feel free to tell me some more locations on important npcs, places in the epic quests/cl quests

very doable until step6 need 1 tank for step7,8,9.
