Do people buy epic armour and if so how much roughly would they pay for a full friar set?

Nope, i would by it for salvage value at the most, since its free to get.

epic armour is worth what people are willing to pay for it, its free item as such but only after someone has got to lv50 and then killed what ever mob they have to kill so its hardly a keltoi drop as Fafnir seems to think.
and since its a one off no repeat makes it even more rare.
with all the new crafting and sc etc you can prob have someone make you a set as good but it wouldnt look the same as epic.
Its certainly worth more than salvage value, one point is unless you level 50 its not much point having it.Perosnaly my epic is one item(s) i wouldnt sell unless i was quiting game for ever, its kind of the one thing you aim to get whole time you playing the game.

As a caster I would be able to sell my epic except for the robe. I have it vaulted but maybe I'll take it out for a special occasion
