Enter The Matrix

Bought Enter the Matrix for the Xbox the other day, thought it would be like Max Payne with the kung Fu Mod, but its not I was totally blown away, all my mates are having trouble with the hacking, but I found it easy its like a simpler version of MS-DOS. I just love the game, I going back through it now with Infinite Focus and Ammo and Health to pull off the best moves.

I've got EtM on my XBox HDD and played through the first 2 or 3 levels and it is just so MUNDANE!

This game epitomises all that is bad about games these days. Big license, big budget, unimaginative tripe that appeals to the kids at school.

Nope. They refused to give any preview copies out for review/preview.

They knew what we all know now, expect plight.

It has literally NOTHING going for it. Normally on these big budget things they've got at least good graphics or something.

This one played shit, looked shit and was frankly utter utter turd.

This is not the case. The game was 'ready' for ages, and they REFUSED to let ANYONE have a copy.

Have Shiny actually ever made a semi-decent game? All I can think of is MDK and Earthworm Jim and they didn't really set my world on fire. TBH there are better people to hand a license this size to.

Shiny are as overrated as Bullfrog/Lionhead.

The press love them but their actual end products are bollocks.

I'm not sure about Bullfrog being overrated. Although Black & White was utter cack after the novelty wore off. But I went back to playing Dungeon Keeper 2 and Theme Hospital recently and they are both still good.

MDK was one of my fave shooters ever and the sequal was almost as good, few too many characters for my liking, the sniper helmet ruled in its day

Yeah but ETM has sold shit loads probably due to hype of game, but me and my mates still enjoy it to bits.

I just like seeing the Matrix 3 trailer over and over again. (and no-one say a word about DL the trailer)
