At which point there is suddenly a lack of peeps to RvR against and so who wins ?

In some ways it may not be a bad idea - but the IRvR does seem to bring more peeps out so the fights are fast and furious and I guess more fun for a lot of people.

On the contrary, its very easy to build up large amounts of RPs. Dunno why you got it to be the other way around.

With a lot larger concentration of possible kills gathered in one small area, there is lot more RPs to be had overall for pretty much everyone, except if one keep on dying all the time I guess.
