I was just watching the news while having lunch and there was a story on about some child dying from neglect in Birmingham, don't know the full story as turned on half way through but it was prety grim.
The reporter giving the story said this:
A neighbour explained how she had been throwing bread out to the birds in her garden and a few days later one of the men from the house came over and told her not to feed the children.
so back to the studio and theres a bod from the child protection organisation and the anchorman says to this guy:
As we've just heard a neighbour was throwing bread out for the birds and saw the children scrabbling out to eat it.
Oo
there was literally about 60 seconds between the reporter saying what the neighbour said and the anchorman screwing it up... jeesus wept i want news, i want facts.
what i seem to be getting is supposition and embellished scenarios.
its all balls.
