Enchanting using SC

Does anyone know what the recipe is for enchanting items using sc skills rather than going to an Enchanter?

I've looked at the patch notes and Herald etc but all I can find is a vague instruction to use ensorcelled dusts.

Any advice or links would be appreciated.

Easy guide:
Check what NPC enchanter wanna charge you, then buy enchanting stuff for half the price of the NPC suggested price...


It's as easy as that...
NPC says it will cost 50 gold - then buy enchantment stuff for 25 gold

... which is rubbish ... tried that before and it gave less % bonus

2 ways of doing this:

1. As stated above, check what the NPC enchanter takes, and buy dust equivalent to 55% of that price (should only be 1 or 2 pieces).

2. Go to any merchant and appraise ur item. Buy dust equivalent for 20% of that price (should still only be 1 or 2 pieces)

Did both yesterday, and got 35% on lvl51 armour + weapons. Works very well.

Ohh, and dust is on the SC merchant (usually 2nd page )
