To ban people for doing something Mythic put in the game for that exact purpose is pretty dum in my opinion.

even in the times when stun/nuke/nuke/nuke from a rr1 beated everything another caster could throw out, people didn`t develop such an amount of hate in the enemy player base, just a lot of frustration.

That was like the most hated ability ingame, countless rants, threads, rerolls were born because of the hib baseline stun.

I quoted someone there and I disagreed, emotes are not in the game to be spammed/flood.

and I dont want you to cry in your cornflakes but it aint to make Nps angry!!

Goa is making the whole game a nanny state, you cant do anything a little bit away from the norm with out moaning mammys boys reporting you, and then Goa in turn banning ppl for what MYTHIC (the creators of the game ) had put in game for its subscribing players to use for a reason

ok, then why did they give us the possibillity to do /rude /slap then? rofl

SPAMMING emotes is against the CoC, doing a emote a couple times isnt

why didnt they do so that you could only make one emote every 10 20 secs? they introduced the emote stuff so that the roleplayers would have some fun i think, and why would a roleplayer SPAM negative emotes to a enemy player?
