i can't help but think of the episode of scrubs where Turk, Dr Cox, and the Janitor have to figure out a way to remove a lightbulb from a bloke's arse without breaking it. and 'the Todd' wants to ask him a few questions - prolly how he got it up there 
and also the one where they are looking at the x-rays of stuff that people have put in their arses and Turk gives Carla a pen and finds out it was up someone's ass.
