Emain Full of Alb Lowbies

Wtf went on earlier lvl 30-45 albs runnin round emain like weeeeeeeeeee! Few lvl 50's an u Have The Lowbie Alb zerg. they took out 6 hibs me 1 of em But.... we managedto get altleast 10 of them

Yes i noticed that.

I recall being grouped with ...

L50, L50, L35, L29, L41, L45 at one point.
L50, L50, L49, L12 (wtf), L39, L43 next group.

Noticed about 3 different gray con infiltrators and scouts running about.

I really object to grouping with people below 40 (50 cons red at 40 so this is about time you can start doing damage) Especially when the lowbies place could be used for someone more useful.

I think its a good idea for the low people to go emain to get a feel for the place and learn the terrain, but some people are just there to leech rp, that i object to.

I think youll find most hi lvl albs took one look at the hibzerg and thought fuck it, tbh. Personally i went & played my infi in thidranki and had lots of fun greasing hibs
Some of us aint dumb enuf to keep feeding an overpowered/cc'd realm with rps.

Err what hibzerg? I don't think there was more than 2 fgs there tonight, after 10 ish anyway when i got on - personally I took 2 trips up there, got wiped by 40+ albs each time, even including many low levels, and gave up.

So did everyone else (well they were actually all off killing legion again, but i was too late for that )

Edit: not denying hibzergs exist, obviously, just saying there wasn't one for most of tonight, or rather it was at Legion.

Personally i've had level 20ies in my groups before, doesn't bother me as its still another body to get 'f8'd' before you in the thick of battle lol.

AFAIK you have to be level 15+ to by an amulet, not to port.
So get somebody to buy an amulet for you

Well, actually it would be a good thing to take the 30+ peeps for a ride in rvr so they can get to R2 or something, helps them levei with +skills and RA's. And yes, I DO long for someone to take my hunter and shammie for a ride to R2:-P
It's called helping out your realm. Now the question is, have I done it myself to others? Hmm, not too much. Just some guildies basically. And it's kinda hard because some other level 50's in the group will always dislike bringing along lower levels, makes the whole group easier to kill, meaning less rp for all.

There was the group I was in and another group zipping around. Just we had a fair few rooter/mezzers this time so it even'd things up til the hib zerg arrived (about 24/30 people)

lvl 35+ is always welcome in grps I lead...after 35 the only RvR to do is in the frontiers, and why the heck shouldn't they be allowed to come along? The sooner they get out there the sooner they learn a few things and the better for the realm. Saying *you're too low* to lvl 35+ in RvR is like saying 1 lvl below you is too low for xp grps, just annoying and pathetic imo!

Its the same in Hib, lots of pre lvl 40 and even pre lvl 35..
And tbh its pissing me off, they do more harm than they do good..
green cons are 1st targets for the RP happy idiots, and thats at least 1 grp member down (waste of mana+time to rezz).
I wont group anyone below 46 now, unless its a bard (not many about and speed is essential)

i can understand that you don't wanna go to emain with lowlvl-guys... still; what shall we do ?? the only BG that is active is Thidranki (lvls 20-24) the others are always empty. And it's not everyone who have the time to sit at your computer hours and hours every day to get to 50. Sure i wanna get to lvl 50, but i don't have time for that. And so shall i not be allowed to try RvR 'caus i don't have time to play as much as "powergamers" ??
i think if all high lvl peeps allowed lowlvl-guys to join them in RvR; then after a while it would be more accepted, and therefore you would get bigger fights (which at least i think is good), and lowlvl-guys would be encouraged to reach 50, feeling that they could do even more to help their realm.

Xanthien - thats lame and pathetic.... think back to when you were that level and how you would have felt if someone said to you "piss off we dont want you in our group because your not lvl 46 and you die too easily" WHO CARES. Its a bloody game and peeps are ment to enjoy it, not very fun if your running around emain solo at lvl 35 with no speed. Of course your gona die then, if your in a group at least you have some chance of getting to see some action and getting some realm points to get you to RR2 which helps a bit with some stats. I dont have a problem in letting people that are any level join with me in rvr. It doesnt matter because i play the game for fun, not just to benefit me. Just because they are lower lvl doesnt mean they have nothing to offer.
Think back to when you were lvl 40-45 and wanting an rvr group - or are you one of those people who lvld as fast as possible and was still rr0 at lvl 45?

My little earth wizard found us two stealthers on the milegate last night, bolted a kobold twice and snared some retreating enemies with his aoe...

found another one later - but that was by just being too tempting a target i think

not too shabby for lvl 34

Night before I gained 160 RP (probably more for my groupmates) by nuking a purple norse to death (ok so he was at 1/10th hp and I just finished him... but it got my higher level groupmates lots of RP )

so we're not totally useless at <40 (not as good as we would be at 40+ obviously) and it gets even better next patch - no more 'miss miss miss miss' when lower level.

Yes its all about fun, but I dont remember dying over and over, being fun and also having to wait for low lvls to get rezzd or stick that lost speed or wont follow what your doing.

I wouldnt mind taking low lvls to emain if they actually /stick and listened and followed instructions instead of trying to be Mr.lvl35 Hero and trying to solo the entire 50 man Albion zerg.

Call me a hypocrit but I was over RR3 at lvl 40 as I rvr alot, and I did get groups.
The odd 1 in your group isnt so bad, but hwen its 7 lvl 35 and me then I may as well log off.

Personally i liked the idea of this game for the chance to take part in some huge wars, not between 10 or 20 people but between 100+ something epic so if that means lvl15-50 getting out there in emain and making little fights and zergs into decent wars i am all for it.

And for those that say i will only group with so and so people i find that very sad, and you can be sure those people will remember you and return you to you with the same attitude one day.

Making level 50 does not automatically mean you are a good player, there are loads of 50's that are totally crap at RvR and loads of sub 45's that are great, Talivar is a good example(although he is close to 50 now).

I have no issues grouping with any level. I remember being 35 and running in emain to rez people. I only get to play maybe an hour a night(sometimes more) by the time I get an XP group I have to go, which is not fair on anyone, so I rvr loads.

Lots of those lowbies that you refuse to group with, they log their RR5 alts and say "Fuck You!"
