Email / Webhosting recommendations

Hi all,

While away, my current web host (catalyst 2) decided to upgrade their email software which

1) removed the catch all ability
2) software is so bad, is doesn't render on my phone web browser.

So can anyone recommend a good web host, which in reality I use mostly for email, that will have catch all abillity ( amazon@mydomain.org, ebay@mydomain.org etc). And has an interface that will work on my phone?
