Due to my blatent ignorance , i completely forgot that their were more than daoc forums here on BW - just saying Hi , as i wub computers etc

But 1st would like to ask a couple of opinions , on what i should/should not do. I recently got a job , and as i am 16 i dont have to pay tax yet = quite a bit of money for computers etc.

was wondering what games you would reccomend for the xbox and gamecube . i have a jap/usa modded cube, and a limited edition platinum windwaker one , so importing isnt that bad ( only the language factor ) and an xbox.

These are the games i have owned/played.

Windwaker ( fucking love )
metroid prime ( well .. what can i say , it's 'prime' )
Resident evil - didnt like
SSB:M fun, a bit short lived but good with mates
SA2:B - great fun if a lil easy/short

xbox
Shenmue 2 ( sitting in me lap now , just been and bought it , perhaps the games i love the most in the world along with Zelda/Metroid series)
Gun Valkyrie - great , if a lil difficult controls
JSRF - fucking blast, love the cell shading and the jap influence over it
Genma Onimusha - me like , played Oni 1/2 and Genma and love them
Enclave/SPlinter Cell - dunno why the fook i bought these ...

I was considering a ps2 , but by the looks of all the trash on it , kinda looks fucking crap i would like to play online but i dont have broadband , only ISDN and dunno if the 56k modem in the gcn works with it , as it is BT digital access.

Well, was wonderin if you could give me some advice of what to avoid/buy etc i REALLY love RPG type games with a japanese influence on them , or old skool games.

actually have played ff 10/9 and completed both via through 'friends' console , enjoyed them but wouldnt want to go through them again - worth getting the ps1 for ?

Regarding shenmue 2 : heap of crap didne work when i run my xbox ( kept saying cannot read disk /o\ ) - i took it back to the store (dixons) and got Star Fox Adventures and Eternal Darkness on the re - trade in lol

If you enjoyed 9/10 you should definitely play 7, probably the best of the series.

well , picked up Shininng soul for gba <jap game> as did 2 of my rl friends - omg , that game totally blows in 1 player , but multiplayer it is insane !

Dont think much cop to Max Payne or Halo, max payne just seemed boring , and my tv is shit and small so Multiplayer halo is a no no

Max Payne is just fun, u just can't take it seriously. Me and a few mates and beer played the game and my god we were laughing all the way through. Like for example theres a toilet bound to be painkillers ah wait a cupboard in the middle of nowhere some painkillers.
