I know of atleast 1 permanently bugged encounter atm and several others where people have questioned whether its working as intended.

nopes iv just farmed/Brought 8 sets of idols for a laugh

I have had 2 GM resets and still it bugged. This one isnt getting fixed until after clustering im thinking.
